Products and Orders

Product descriptions, sizes, colours and prices are presented on relevant listing pages. We may reject an order for legitimate reasons such as errors, fraud checks or product unavailability and will handle payments/refunds accordingly.

Prices and Payment

Checkout displays the purchase total, applicable shipping and sales taxes before payment. We accept the payment methods actually presented at checkout and do not claim methods that are unavailable.

Shipping and Customs

Products ship from Hong Kong. Handling normally takes 3 business days and transit 5–8 business days; combined estimated delivery is 8–11 business days. Standard shipping is US$3.99 below US$49.99 and free from US$49.99. Sultrye covers applicable U.S. import duties and clearance fees on eligible shipments as described in Shipping Policy.

Returns and Cancellations

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customers must obtain authorization and confirmed Hong Kong return instructions. Non-defective international return postage is paid by the customer, with statutory rights and defective-item remedies preserved.

Use of Site and Intellectual Property

Do not misuse the store or infringe applicable rights. Product photos, designs, names, trademarks and site materials may be subject to third-party rights; no unsupported affiliation is implied.

Liability and Mandatory Consumer Rights
