Sultrye is an online store offering graphic T-shirts and casual printed apparel to customers in supported U.S. delivery areas. Product sizes, materials, prices and availability are described on each product page.

Our Business

Sultrye is operated by AIRUI ELECTRONIC COMMERCE LIMITED. Our registered business contact address is Room 5, FTY B, 23/F, Kin Ga Industrial Building, 9 San On Street, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. We do not operate a public walk-in retail store.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are prepared and shipped from Hong Kong. The standard order handling time is 3 business days, followed by 5–8 business days of shipping transit, for an estimated 8–11 business days overall. Delivery estimates may vary in exceptional circumstances.

Shipping and Returns

Standard shipping is US$3.99 for orders below US$49.99, and free for orders of US$49.99 or more. Eligible return requests can be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us before returning a product, so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct Hong Kong return details.
