How long will delivery take?

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping costs US$3.99 below a US$49.99 order value and is free at US$49.99 or more.
Will I pay import customs charges on delivery?
Sultrye covers applicable U.S. import duties and customs clearance fees for eligible orders through its shipping partners. Any applicable sales tax collected at checkout is shown before payment.
Can I return my order?
Eligible return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email support first to obtain written authorization and the correct Hong Kong mailing information.
Who pays return postage?
For ordinary non-defective returns, the customer pays international postage to Hong Kong. For verified defects or wrong items, Sultrye covers reasonable postage when a physical return is necessary.
How quickly are refunds made?
We aim to inspect a received authorized return within 5 calendar days and initiate an approved refund within 5 calendar days following approval. Your bank may take additional time.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not generally provide direct size or preference exchanges. A replacement may be offered to resolve a verified defect or seller error.
