Shipping Coverage

Our standard delivery offering is intended for the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Other destinations are excluded unless the checkout explicitly accepts them.

Shipping Origin and Cutoff

Orders are processed and shipped from Hong Kong. The daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days. Orders placed after cutoff are treated as received on the next processing business day.

Processing and Delivery

Order handling: 3 business days. Shipping transit after dispatch: 5–8 business days. Combined estimated delivery: 8–11 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Charges

Order subtotal below US$49.99: US$3.99 standard shipping. Order subtotal US$49.99 or more: free standard shipping. The shipping charge displayed at checkout controls, and must match this published schedule.

Import Duties and Clearance

Sultrye pays applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges related to eligible deliveries to the U.S. Our shipping providers arrange clearance on our behalf. Customers should not be charged additional import clearance fees after checkout. Any sales tax legally collected at checkout will be separately displayed.

Tracking, Delays, and Address Errors

When tracking is available, customers receive tracking information after dispatch. Delays can arise from holidays, carrier operations or customs. Contact support if tracking is missing or a parcel is overdue. Customers should verify that their delivery address is accurate before purchase.
