International Delivery Options

Please note:

For international orders, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges which will be calculated at the time of your order.

The following countries reject any orders including adult toys: Saudi Arabia, U.A.E., Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Maldives, as well as the U.S. state of Alabama.
We do not ship to Ukraine, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Russia, China or international PO boxes.

Not fully satisfied?

Our intimate fineries are designed to delight, however, if you wish to return or exchange items, we’ll gladly take them back within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund.

 

Please understand that the intimate nature of our merchandise means that we can only accept returns for items that haven’t yet been enjoyed - they must be in the original packaging with all labels intact. Bundled sets and promotional items must be returned with all pieces, including any free gifts or promotional items that were offered along with the bundle, no matter how tempting they may be.

 

When returning your Sultrye intimates by mail, please slip a receipt or proof of purchase in with your items. Anything showing obvious signs of use, abuse, or enjoyment may be eligible for a full, partial, or no refund solely at our discretion.

 

The intimate details

Explore our list for more specific return guidelines for each of our products:

• Hosiery – must be in unopened packaging
  • Intimates (lingerie, bodysuits, swimsuits)  - cannot have made direct contact with skin, show evidence of use, or have missing original tags, labels, or hygiene strips
  •   Toys and bondage – cannot be returned except in cases of a manufacturing defects and electronic failure. These are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty policy and vary by item
  •. Gift cards – unfortunately, these cannot be returned or refunded
  •   Candles, oils, and lubricants – cannot show evidence of being opened, tested, used, or damaged
• Sale Items – not eligible for return. Only regularly priced items can be returned.

 

International returns

Duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Government, therefore it is the Government who would provide the refund, if applicable.

For international returns, it is especially important you select a shipper with a tracking service, as items lost in shipping cannot be refunded.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

While we try to take care of returns as quickly as we can, it may take up to 30 days to process and ship exchanges. For returns exceeding $50.00 in value, we strongly recommend using a qualified shipper who can provide you with a tracking number and insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.
